Emma has been doing Kindergarten at home this year and we are loving it! She enjoys all things creepy crawly and so it fit that we should study butterflies. We ordered the caterpillars and they arrived in the mail safe and sound. They ate and ate and ate until they were HUGE and then turned into Chrysalids. Just yesterday they started breaking out as butterflies. Emma is intently watching each step. We still have 2 Chrysalids and she is carrying the habitat into every room she goes in so she can try to catch one actually hatching. This is such a fun age to learn to love to learn!!
She has also been busy planting seeds both inside and outside!
