San Diego

Kevin had to go to San Diego for work and was very kind to let the whole family tag along and lounge on the beach for 8 days!  He did have a couple of days off so we were able to enjoy family time too.  The Coulters were there too so the kids were especially happy.  We had a great routine going. . . Wake up, eat breakfast (pop tarts in the room, a huge treat for the kids), go to the ocean, rinse off in the pool (sorry Best Western), eat lunch (PBJ in the room), big kids stay with little kids during their nap while mommies relax by the pool, shower and put clothes on about 4pm, walk along the ocean to dinner when Daddy came home, return to the hotel and let the sound of the ocean sing us to sleep.  It was heavenly! I love taking pictures of the kids at the ocean, they always turn out so pretty!  Be sure to click on my gallery on the right to see more!
